I have been roadtesting chicken soups and different goulashes. This is partly for greggles. :-) What's missing is the best tasting beetroot soup i had in Krakow.. fantastico...
he's some famous food critic in sydney, i believe. used to be an engineer at one stage, but then got tired, opened up a restaurant of his own, and writes about other people's famous dishes....:-)
